Description[]
Male Shangese Human Mystic, a master of Diguofeng Moshu. Seiryu, the Blue Dragon, is one of the Four Great Beasts of the Imperial Guard, and a bit of an eccentric. He wears elegant, blue flowing robes and an official's hat, with a fu manchu mustache and beard.
While greatly skilled in the mystic arts of Moshu, Seiryu has also demonstrated no small amount of skill with the sword, elegantly wielding a jian when the need arises.

Seiryu serves the Empress of Diguofeng, Sian Wu.
Common Knowledge[]
Seiryu is seen as something of an enigma among the court of Diguofeng, as mysterious as Suzaku. He often speaks as though he knows something that others do not, and has a strange, mystical air about him.
Important History[]
-Defeated many sorcerors and spirits who attacked the Imperial City, earning his right as its mystical protector, with the position of Seiryu.
-Supported Sian Wu in her claim as heir to the imperial throne, claiming to see the spirit of the Phoenix within her.
Important Relationships[]
-A loyal servant to Sian Wu, the Empress of Diguofeng, along with the other three Legendary Beasts, Byakko, Genbu, and Suzaku. Of these three, Seiryu gets along best with Genbu and has a poor relationship with Suzaku.
-Affiliated with many other Moshu users, Chi masters, and mystics in Diguofeng.
-Sworn enemy of the magicians of the Hungering Moon.
