Who are they? What do they want on Midgard? And... where did they come from?
Description[]
All members of the Qabal carry a pocketwatch marked with the "Crescent Cross." It's typically on a chain they wear linked to their belt or something similar enough to a belt. There are two types of known member in the organization. "Masters," who own individuals with demon-like powers, and their "Servents."
Crescent Cross[]
The "Crescent Cross" is a sigil consisting of an upward facing crescent moon (which stands for recognition from "the sovereignty") that replaces the top part of a Formee-Fitchee cross (which means unshakeable faith [fitchee] and military valor [formee.])
The Four Portraits[]
The "Four Portraits" are the mysterious leaders of the guild. They are:
- The Starless Night, "Chesillagtalan Elszaka"
- The Crown and Swan, "Korona es a Hattyu"
- The Serpent's Column, "Kigyo Oszlop"
- The River Unflowing, "Folyo Nemfolyik"

Bolte[]
Nicknamed "Tuft" because of the upward-pointing tuft of his short-cut, orangish-red hair, Bolte claims that "Shawl" is his master. He has a very boyish face and attitude, wearing a dark-gray yelek, tucked-in black tunic, and a pair of red trousers. His hands and feet are bare, except for the linens wrapped around them. He appears to be some sort of demon-dog.
Xie Huli[]
Nicknamed "Tailor" because of his genius; Xie is a withdrawn, OCD, and extremely cold young man -- and the youngest member of Qabal to have ever become a master. He is also a vampire. For many years now, he has lived in Lauste as a tailor and the owner of a late-night clothing shop known as "The Midnight Tailor."
